Alstom, a global leader in sustainable and smart mobility, is looking for a Power BI/Qliksense Developer to join its Bangalore team. With over 80,000 colleagues worldwide, Alstom is transforming mobility by delivering greener, smarter transport solutions, from high-speed trains to advanced signalling systems.

In this role, you will support the Bid, Project, Planning & Commercial Management Academy by developing and maintaining business intelligence dashboards that track training quality, participation, and competency development. Your work will directly contribute to decision-making, continuous improvement, and aligning training initiatives with updated organisational structures.

You’ll be part of a collaborative and diverse environment, using tools like Power BI, Qliksense, and PowerApps to provide actionable insights that help improve KPIs and support business growth.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain and enhance Power BI/Qliksense dashboards to monitor training and competency development.
• Create new dashboards and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements.
• Develop data models and reporting systems to support key business decisions.
• Combine complex datasets to provide actionable insights for KPI improvement.
• Ensure dashboards reflect changes in métier job structures.
• Monitor training quality and participation, following up on KPIs.
• Support training, certification, and transformation needs using PowerApps.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic experience with BI tools like Power BI, PowerApps, or Qliksense.
• Understanding of data model design and data source integration.
• Proficiency in database concepts and reporting queries.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in an international context.
• Fluency in English.
